Drug and Alcohol Abuse Identification and Reasonable Suspicion Testing

This course explores what managers and supervisors need to know to implement a Reasonable Suspicion Testing Policy. 

Participants will receive forms that may be used to document the reasonable suspicion testing protocol.

A review of your company’s drug testing policy is included with this training.

Learning Objectives: 

The psycho-social, physiological, and behavioral aspects of drug and alcohol abuse in the workplace;

How to recognize the signs and symptoms of drug and alcohol use, including withdrawal symptoms and performance issues; and

A manager or supervisor’s role in helping enforce the Company’s drug and alcohol abuse policy, including the steps for observing, documenting, confronting, and referring employees for testing based upon reasonable suspicion.
